Service Description

This class caries the same basic principals and techniques of the Beginner Muay Thai Class & allows students to apply them in different ways. The curriculum for this class will cary from more intensive drilling, pad work, bag work and sparring. This class is all about learning to use techniques in the most effective ways possible.
