Join us for Fight Fit & exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Fight Fit techniques will build a strong body, endurance, coordination & so much more. Any levels welcome from beginner to advanced.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
This class is designed to be an hour of high intensity, calorie burning training that will combine bag work, mitt work, and other boxing practices with various types of circuit training.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Standard athletic wear will work! Make sure clothing fits correctly and remove any jewelry.
Must bring your own equipment.
Hand wraps, gloves, jump rope are required
WILL I GET HIT?
No, unlike our amateur boxing class the Fight Fit class includes no sparring or partner drills.
